1957 window delivery

I own a 57 window delivery with some weird options. The cowl tag has trim SPL and acc. SPL paint 793a. But the weird thing is it has roll down rear windows behind the 2 doors. Can you help me find out any info on this wagon? Thanks, Jerry

Paint #793 is Onyx black on 1957 150, 210 and Bel Air series passenger cars. Do you have a 1957 Utility sedan, which is a 1957 2 door sedan with roll down rear side windows?

A 1957 sedan delivery as it is commonly called is a 1957 2 door wagon without rear side windows. A 1957 wagon, available as a 150, 210, Bel Air, Nomad, and sedan delivery, if it has rear side windows, most slide front to rear to open.

It is like a sedan delivery but with windows. It has the delivery lift gate. I was told they were built for the department of the forestry service. This one was special orderd with roll down glass.

The Military and the forestry service were had GM build these cars that way. They are pretty rare most were destroyed from years of hard service.I believe they only made 92 of them for the forestry service.
