I ran on to a set of 59 chevy impala hubcaps that the owner said was made by Delkrome and they are new never been on a car. Is this the original manufacturer or are these repo's and are they the same as originals. Thank you

i am looking for 1959 bel air hubcaps, do they make two types? ive seen some with rear mounting tabs and some without?
