Johnnie, You can call us at 1 800 CARS INC to order the 90 inch long seat belts, black are part number 16922, for $30.95 These can be used as shoulder belts due to their extended length.
If you wish, you can take these 90 inch seat belts, mount them behind the seat, on the floor, using the same bolts which bolt the seat to the floor, go up and over your shoulder, like a race car harness, then finish off the attaching end at the front of the seat, on the floor.
If you have access to a welder you can weld in mounts to attach them the same way as the newer Chevy truck models have shoulder harness belts.
